|
Matt and Patricia McLelland purchased Lot 4 in early 2010. Longbranch was a perfect fit for their active lifestyle of hang gliding, kayaking, and trail running. The McLelland homesite is currently being designed, although a boathouse has already been constructed. They are working with architect Josh Cooper, who designed 2 other homes in the community.
